iPhone Installation
- 1.Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- 2.Select Use QR Code
- 3.Scan the QR code received via email or enter the activation code manually
- 4.Label your eSIM (e.g., "Travel", "Japan eSIM")
- 5.Select which line to use for Cellular Data (choose your new eSIM)
- 6.Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line
- 7.Your eSIM is now ready to use!
Android Installation
- 1.Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs
- 2.Tap Add eSIM or Download a SIM instead
- 3.Scan the QR code received via email
- 4.Tap Download to install the eSIM profile
- 5.Once installed, enable the eSIM and set it as your mobile data connection
- 6.Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM
- 7.Your eSIM is now ready to use!

APN Information
APN: internet
The APN is automatically configured when installing the eSIM.
How to setup APN setting for iPhone
- 1.Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data
- 2.Select your eSIM line
- 3.Tap Cellular Data Network
- 4.Under Cellular Data, enter APN: internet
- 5.Leave Username and Password fields blank
- 6.Return to the previous screen and your APN is configured
How to setup APN setting for Android
- 1.Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network
- 2.Select your eSIM
- 3.Tap Access Point Names
- 4.Tap the + icon to add a new APN
- 5.Enter Name: Internet and APN: internet
- 6.Leave all other fields as default
- 7.Tap the menu (three dots) and select Save
- 8.Select the newly created APN to activate it

Check Supported Devices
Please check eSIM supported models before purchase. Compatible with iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most modern smartphones that support eSIM technology.
QR Code Delivery
After purchase, the QR code will be sent via email/notification, and exchanges/refunds are not possible after installation.
Validity Period
The validity period starts from the QR code delivery time, and refunds are not possible after the expiration.
Roaming Charges Warning
Please turn OFF data roaming from your domestic carrier before departure.
eSIM Deletion Warning
Once installed, if you delete the plan, it cannot be re-registered/restored and the service will be discontinued.
Network Required for Registration
Cellular or Wi-Fi connection is required for eSIM registration, and airport Wi-Fi abroad may be unstable making installation difficult.
VPN Warning
Existing VPN may affect eSIM usage, so deletion is recommended.
Dual eSIM Usage
If you are already using your main line as an eSIM, simultaneous activation with an additional eSIM may not be possible (varies by model, contact manufacturer).
Usage Period Start
You can install it in advance in Korea, but for some products the usage period starts immediately upon installation, so please check the product information.
Network Environment
Depending on local network conditions, data usage may be restricted in some areas or may connect via 4G/3G/2G.
Product Changes
Product options (data allowance, usage days, promotions, etc.) may be changed without prior notice according to the service provider's terms of use.
